TEXO successfully supported the installation of the newly manufactured 1500 ton J-lay Tower on behalf of Royal IHC for their customer McDermott International Ltd. The tower was installed onto McDermott’s newly converted AMAZON vessel in Rotterdam.
This extremely complex operation was successfully completed as a result of excellent detailed planning, involving the world largest Offshore crane, the Heerma Sleiplner.
This complex operation would not be possible without the true professionalism and continued support from all involved within the project involving several industry partners.
