Chris is an industrial business leader with over 30 years’ experience in a variety of sectors including construction, survey inspection and technology. He has been instrumental in the growth of TEXO DSI, which delivers state-of-the art surveying and inspection systems to sectors including oil & gas, renewables, nuclear energy and construction. He is responsible for the ambitious growth plans for TEXO as it expands its reach across the oil & gas and renewables industries in the UK and abroad. Chris was a director of TRAD Group, one of the UK’s largest independent access companies and played a key role in the sale of the business to the EUR1billion ALTRAD Group.

Alan is a veteran marine engineering professional with over 20 years of demonstrable experience, managing thousands of tonne of multimillion pound cutting edge Offshore and Energy projects to successful outcomes. With a vast knowledge of vessels and their operational needs, Alan has supplied port services and bespoke engineering solutions to many multinational companies, often at short notice but always with the customer’s needs, requirements and timelines in mind.

Donny is a degree qualified, results-oriented and performance driven professional with 15+ years’ experience in design, engineering and construction for the oil and gas, petrochemical and renewable energy industries. He has a proven track record of success in developing and leading multi-functional teams, completing projects on time and budget, building relationships with key clients, and optimising revenue and profit. Donny has remarkable acuity in strengthening enterprise by establishing and implementing health and safety, life cycle project controls, best work practices, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Findlay has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry at senior management level, both in the UK and Internationally. He has extensive industry influence and is commercially driven with proven success in business turnaround, improvement and achieving high levels of growth. Findlay started his career as an Inspection Engineer, working globally before returning to the UK to further his career in a management role. He is results driven and enjoys being part of, as well as motivating, successful teams to deliver on strategic goals.
Managing Director Debra Bruce brings over 10 years’ experience within a sales and recruitment environment, 4 of those as Managing Director of an Independent Recruitment Firm with a multi-million-pound turnover. Debra is an extremely driven individual, with a proven track record of successfully leading a team through an economic recession, while continuing growth. She brings in-depth knowledge of temporary and permanent recruitment services. Starting her career as a Recruiter, working with a broad range of companies in the construction industry Debra is passionate about recruitment and ensuring the team at TEXO Recruitment continues to operate at the highest possible service levels.
Pat is an experienced businessman with over 25 years’ service in the digital applications marketplace.
During this time, he has worked with numerous companies including multinationals such as Siemens, FirstGroup PLC, BP and TOTAL. Operating at director level, his primary role was to build strong relationships between customers and vendors to ensure that product delivery met customer expectations.
Pat now uses his knowledge and experience in developing and marketing digital solutions to ensure that his clients get the best technical solutions for their business. Pat is both technically and commercially focused and has a strong passion for digital innovation as well as the desire to pass on his knowledge in how to develop, market and sell digital offerings. Pat has an extensive knowledge in areas such as digital intellectual property, licensing and support.
Colin has worked in the energy sector for more than 25 years in operational, commercial and executive management roles in the global subsea construction and engineering sectors. His experience includes roles with SMEs through to major corporates, involving business growth, change management, internationalisation and business restructuring. More recently, Colin has been involved in UK government initiatives to support the Oil & Gas industries transition to green / renewable energy, directly supporting the industries diversification and transition of skills and technologies into these sectors.
Steve is an experienced commercial and supply chain manager who has worked in the Oil & Gas industry for over 25 years in Operator, Tier 1 Service Company, SME and Industry body roles, with responsibility for a broad range of operational and engineering based contracting scopes. A mechanical engineer to trade, he has an MSc in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and is a Chartered Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
Group HSEQ Manager
Lauren is a focused and committed HSEQ Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction, renewables, oil & gas and aviation industry, proven experience of delivering strategies, plans, policies and procedures, enabling streamlined internal and external audits to be completed, with positive results. With a customer service ethos, networking with internal areas and external organisations to gain buy in and compliance, Lauren continuously remains up to date with legislation changes and best practice.
Gordon is an experienced finance professional with over 25 years’ experience working within several local accountancy firms as well as finance departments within the oil and gas industry. Gordon has a BA(Hons) in Business Studies from RGU and progressed to pass his ACCA professional accountancy qualifications.
Since then, he has worked, and gained, vast experience and knowledge in running finance departments of many different sized companies from SME’s to PLC’s within the oil and gas sector. Roles include finance supervisor, through to finance manager, financial controller and now finance director at TEXO. Gordon sees his ability to communicate with all levels of the business as a major asset in running a successful finance department.

She has a track record in supporting organisations through acquisitions and entrepreneurialism. Samantha is passionate about developing people through competency, apprenticeships and graduate programs. She is also experienced in delivering major HR projects.
