Texo Drone, the dedicated UAV services division of Texo Group, has announced the appointment of Steve Moir as its new Engineering and Inspection Manager.
Steve has 20 years inspection engineering experience. He was previously Engineering Manager with Sky Futures and prior to that he held senior inspection engineering positions with Oceaneering, Lloyd’s Register and CAN.
Previous roles include responsibility for offshore topside and FPSO structural and pressure equipment inspection plans in line with client procedures, regulatory codes and national / international legislation, with extensive experience in developing and maintaining Written Scheme of Examinations (WSEs) for pressure equipment and Risk Based Inspections (RBIs).
